Learn to access your authentic Self and live a grounded, balanced, and aligned life, no matter how loud your circumstances get.

Step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself.

The Awakening: Return to Self is a one-day, in-person retreat designed to help you slow down, clear your mind, release stress, and feel more grounded, present, and restored.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll step into a phone-free space to fully unplug from the noise, the scrolling, and the constant demands of everyday life. This is your chance to pause, breathe, and reset.

Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a thoughtful blend of restorative practices designed to support emotional release, mental clarity, and deeper self-connection, including:

  • light meditation and gentle yoga to help settle your body and quiet the mind

  • breathwork to release tension and create more space within

  • guided reflection to help you reconnect with yourself and what’s true for you

  • personal reflection time to process and integrate what’s coming up

  • sound bath meditation and pranic healing to support relaxation, release, and renewal

  • a closing circle to help you anchor what you want to carry forward

This retreat is for anyone seeking peace, clarity, or a fresh start — especially if you’ve been moving through stress, grief, heartbreak, burnout, recovery, or a major life transition.

You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to come as you are.

You’ll leave with simple, grounded practices you can carry into daily life, so the calm, clarity, and connection you experience here can continue long after the day ends.

Meet Your Practitioners

The Curated Market

Our Team

Devon Cunningham is an artist, certified Music Therapist, and Sound Bowl Healing practitioner dedicated to fostering personal growth and community transformation. A passionate student of life, Devon blends traditional therapy, intuitive studies, and a deep connection to nature to guide others on journeys of self-exploration and healing. At the retreat, she’ll lead a guided restorative sound bowl meditation to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, support sleep, and restore clarity and balance.

Founder/Sound Healer

Susan met her teacher, affectionately known as Gangaji, in 1997, when she stopped the story of her mind with a single question: "Who are you?" The walls of the false self collapsed and she was free. She has been sitting in that question in silent retreat and in the noise of modern life, in plant medicine retreats, and through 25 years in a public high school classroom, while raising a family, through the unraveling of trauma, in deep suffering and in great joy, in darkness and in light. Always, the answer is the same. And now, in end-of-life care, sitting with those who are dying, the answer becomes ever clearer. She invites you to drop your own story and live in the answer to the question: Who are you?

Founder/Writer/Mythologist/Educator

Founder/Marketer/Podcaster/Life Coach

Rho (Rhonda) is a podcaster, marketer, and life coach who helps people return to themselves with clarity, confidence, and calm. Her work blends soulful truth with practical tools for boundaries, self-trust, and staying grounded when life gets loud. At the retreat, she’ll help open and close the day, set the container, and weave a simple integration framework throughout so you leave with next steps that actually stick.

Your inner voice brought you here for a reason.

If you’ve been craving peace, clarity, or a fresh start, this is your moment to choose yourself. Come as you are. Leave grounded, clear, and renewed.
